Free video loop maker — loop a clip to any length and export in 4K

LoopVideo turns a short clip into a long, seamless loop of the exact duration you need — a 10-minute background video, a 1-hour ambience loop, a perfectly timed social clip — and exports it as a high-bitrate MP4 up to 3840x2160. The loop is frame-exact and constant frame rate, so playback stays smooth with no stutter and no quality compromise. Because every step runs in your browser, your footage never leaves your device and there is no watermark, sign-up or upload wait.

1. Add your clip

Drag in an MP4 or MOV, or pick a file. LoopVideo reads its resolution, frame rate and duration instantly — nothing is uploaded.

2. Trim the loop point

Drag the in and out handles, or type exact times. The preview plays only the trimmed range on repeat so you can judge the seam before exporting.

3. Set the exact length

Enter minutes and seconds. You will see how many full passes fit and where the final pass is cut to hit your target time precisely.

4. Export a high-bitrate MP4

Pick resolution up to 4K, a bitrate preset, and whether to loop or mute audio. Watch progress frame by frame and save the finished MP4.

Frequently asked questions

How do I loop a video for an exact duration?
Add your clip, set the in and out points on the timeline, then type the length you want in the Minutes and Seconds fields — for example 10 minutes and 30 seconds. LoopVideo repeats the trimmed segment back to back and cuts the final pass at the exact frame, so the export lands on the duration you asked for rather than the nearest whole loop.
Can I export a looped video in 4K?
Yes. Choose Source, 1080p, 1440p or 4K (3840x2160) before exporting, then pick a High, Very High or Maximum bitrate preset. Frames are encoded straight from the decoded source with hardware H.264, so a 4K loop stays sharp instead of being re-compressed from the preview.
Will the exported loop play smoothly without stutter?
The export is written at a constant frame rate with timestamps generated on a fixed clock, and each loop restarts exactly on the trim-in frame. That avoids the duplicated frames, dropped frames and variable-frame-rate hitches that make looped video look like it lags.
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything — reading the file, trimming, looping, encoding and saving — happens inside your browser on your own device. There is no upload, no queue and no server-side file size limit.
Can I keep or mute the audio in the loop?
Both. Choose Loop audio with video to repeat the trimmed audio along with the picture, or Mute the export to produce a silent loop — useful for background video, signage and ambience visuals.
Which browsers can export MP4 loops?
Desktop Chrome and Edge are the most reliable because they include hardware H.264 encoding. LoopVideo checks support before exporting and tells you if a resolution is unavailable in your browser.
